Voluntary cancellations, changes or returns

If you received an order and decide to return it due to your personal decision (for example, an exchange or cancellation that wasn't communicated before shipping), the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

Conditions for accepting the return:

• The product must be new, unused, and with the seal intact.

• It must be sent back well protected, just as it was delivered.

Once received in good condition, you will be offered:

• An exchange for another product.

• Or store credit valid for 15 days.
