Damaged or faulty products

If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please:

  • Take photos of the product, packaging, and receipt.

  • Send them to our email to start the investigation.

Once your claim is approved, you can choose between:

  • Reshipping of the same product at no additional cost (we cover shipping).

  • Or a credit for the value of the product, valid for 15 days, to be used on your next purchase. After that time, the credit will expire.
